Game Log 3: Imagine

1.a Rough Mockup

1.c We decided to only mockup the most important for the game - the need to's. We made a list over all the things we had to do to finish the game, and then we made a star for the things we absolutely had to do in order to make a playtest.

2a. Playtesters responded positively about the feel of the cultural heritage saying  "You really get the feeling of being the painter of the picture". Additionally they said you get to remember the picture much better, and the next time you see it, you will automatically think about who  the painter was.

We discussed how to paint the picture. Should it be more realistic, with more color option, or is it fun that the picture automatically becomes ugly?

The last scene where the picture will be shown at the museum, letting visitors interpret the history through the painting, is pretty important to get the feeling, that what you painted, has an influence on future interpretations of the war. Therefore we will work on making this end scene.

2b The game is different because you see the war from another perspective. Often you are in the war, and now you are seeing in from a meta perspective.

2b Mockup development: How can the game be more important, empowering and innovative? We will try to make it more analoge/physical to let it be more difficult to actually hide behind a stone
